How to Submit a Shipping Protection Claim

If your order is covered by Shipping Protection:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. For damaged items, include clear photos of the package and product.
  4. For lost shipments, include your tracking number.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Shipping Protection Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not apply in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
  • Packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.
  • Delays resulting from customs inspections, import procedures, severe weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
