Order Confirmation

By placing an order with McKenzie Calgary Outfitters, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed our return requirements and applicable timeframes.
  • You agree to follow the return instructions outlined below.
  • If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, this policy, together with your order records and communication history, may be used as supporting evidence.

Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and original condition.
  • Items should show no signs of damage beyond normal inspection.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, it will typically be processed within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to decline returns if products have been worn, damaged, altered, or improperly handled.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
  • Your full name
  • Your shipping address

Once your request has been reviewed, our support team will provide return instructions.

Please do not return products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been completed.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at info@mckenziescalgary.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances

In some situations, returning the damaged item may not be necessary.

Replacement orders are generally shipped within 7–14 business days after approval.


Lost Packages

If your shipment appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Provide your:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. If the package is officially confirmed as lost, we will arrange either a replacement or an appropriate refund.

Packages that are refused by the recipient, left unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to a CAD $35 deduction from the refund to cover shipping and administrative expenses.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment whenever possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return procedure after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before opening a payment dispute.

Our goal is always to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

Should a chargeback be initiated, we may provide the payment provider or financial institution with documentation including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping and tracking information
  • Customer correspondence
  • Supporting photos or delivery confirmation

Opening a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in a longer resolution process.


Additional Information

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our designated fulfillment warehouse.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise agreed.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs inspections, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or unsanitary products cannot be accepted for return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
